This policy explains what personal data Inovvity collects through inovvity.com and its social media tools, why, and how you can exercise your rights. Questions: contact@inovvity.com.
Data we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, company and the description of your project, when you send them to us.
- Technical cookies: a session cookie (
session_id) and a language cookie (frontend_lang), needed for the website to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. - Social media: our Facebook and Instagram app only publishes Inovvity's own posts on Inovvity's own Page and account, and reads aggregated statistics of those posts (reach, views, likes, comments, shares, clicks). It does not collect personal data from Facebook or Instagram users.
How we use it
- To answer your request and send you a proposal.
- To follow up on our business relationship with you.
- To measure the performance of our own social media posts.
We never sell your data and never share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Storage and retention
Data is stored in our business management system (Odoo), hosted on our own server. Contact requests are kept for up to 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, at any time by writing to contact@inovvity.com. We answer within 30 days. See also our data deletion instructions. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
